What Does Minimum Spend Mean?
The minimum spend is the agreed minimum amount for your private event. It includes exclusive use of the venue, staff and an agreed allowance for food and drinks.

Can we hire Spielzimmer exclusively for a company event?
Yes. When you book a private event, the entire family café is exclusively yours. No regular café guests will be present during your event.
How many people can attend?
Up to 50 people can attend your company event in total. Adults and children both count towards this number.
How much does a company event at Spielzimmer cost?
The minimum spend for 3.5 hours is €750. This includes €300 for the venue and staff and €450 for food and drinks. Additional food, drinks and agreed services are charged separately.
What food and drinks are available?
We arrange a buffet with you in advance. Options include breakfast with bread rolls and cold meats, savoury dishes, cakes, fruit and vegetables, as well as coffee, tea and cold drinks.
Are there play facilities for children?
Yes. Spielzimmer has an indoor playground with a slide and ball pit, a separate toddler area and other age-appropriate toys.
Is childcare provided?
No. The play areas are available to your guests, but professional childcare is not included. Parents or other responsible accompanying adults must supervise the children.
